A user is anyone who accesses or utilizes the platform. Drivers are individuals providing ride-hailing, delivery, or logistics services through VunoRide, while riders are those who request transportation. The marketplace component of our platform connects drivers with vehicle owners for lease or rental arrangements. Users pay for services through the app, which facilitates secure transactions but does not offer standalone financial services. - User Eligibility & Account Registration
To use our services, individuals must be at least 18 years old. Drivers must comply with local licensing and vehicle requirements. Vuno Tech Africa Limited retains the right to verify user identities and deny access to those who do not meet eligibility requirements. Users must provide accurate personal information and ensure their accounts remain secure. - Services Provided
VunoRide offers a suite of services, including ride-hailing for urban and inter-city transportation, and delivery and logistics solutions for businesses and individuals. Additionally, we provide a marketplace for drivers and vehicle owners to connect. All transactions are securely processed through the VunoRide platform. - Fees, Payments & Refunds
Riders are charged based on trip distance, duration, and applicable surcharges, while drivers subscribe to the platform for a fixed fee. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which details eligible cases, such as cancellations, driver no-shows, and service disruptions. Refund requests must be submitted within a specified timeframe, and processing times may vary depending on payment providers. - Safety & Security
Vuno Tech Africa Limited prioritizes user safety through AI-powered verification for both drivers and riders, emergency response features, and specialized ride options for women to promote gender safety. We employ data encryption, GPS tracking, and fraud detection systems to enhance security across all services. - Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent transactions, harassment, or unlawful activities on the platform. Drivers must adhere to fair pricing and ethical conduct, while riders must ensure payments are made in full. Any violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension or termination. - Limitation of Liability
Vuno Tech Africa Limited is not liable for personal losses, accidents, or disputes between users that extend beyond the platform’s reasonable control. We strive to provide a secure environment but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to external factors such as network disruptions or regulatory changes. - Termination & Suspension
Vuno Tech Africa Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate our terms. Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time. Appeals regarding account suspensions must be submitted through our support channels. - Dispute Resolution
